摘    要:野百合碱是中草药农吉利的有效成分。临床和实验资料都证明:野百合碱具有明显的抗癌作用。本文研究其对人体和动物癌细胞核酸生物合成的影响。结果证明:在八天内给予S_(180)瘤株鼠以野百合碱可降低瘤组织中RNA和DNA含量及其~(32)P掺入量。用~3H-UR和~3H-TdR掺入试验证明:野百合碱对~3H-UR掺入癌细胞RNA具有明显的抑制作用,而对~3H-TdR掺入癌细胞DNA的抑制作用则不明显。结果表明:野百合碱对癌细胞核酸生物合成的抑制作用主要表现在对癌细胞RNA生物合成的抑制作用。

Abstract:Monocrotaline is the active ingredient of anticancer herb Crotalaria sessililora L. Marked anticancer effect of monocrotaline had been shown both clinically and experimentally. In the present study, the effects of monocrotaline on nucleic acids biosynthesis of human and animal cancer cells were investigated.By means of modified S. T. S. method or modified Schneider method, the contents of nucleic acids and the contents of ~(32)p, ~3H-UR, ~3H-TdR incorporated into the nucleic acids of human and animal cancer cells were extracted and measured.The results showed that the content of nucleic acids and the content of ~(32)p incorporated into the nucleic acids of S_(180) tissues were decreased after the administration of monocrotaline for eight days. The experiment of ~3H-UR incorporation showed that monocrotaline had an obvious inhibitory effect on the incorporation of ~3H-UR into the RNA of human and animal cancer cells. In the ~3H-TdR incorporation experiment, no obvious inhibitory effect of monocrotaline on the incorporation of ~3H-TdR into DNA of these cancer cells was shown.The results suggest that the inhibitory effect of monocrotaline on the nucleic acid biosynthesis of cancer cells is primarily an inhibitory effect on RNA biosynthesis.
