摘    要:人参(Panax ginseng C.A.Mey)为名贵中药,其生长缓慢,价格昂贵。国内外药学工作者在开发新药源方面进行了一系列研究,其中人参组织培养物的研究颇受人们重视。本文旨在对人参悬浮培养物进行药理活性研究,以进一步比较人参悬浮培养物与栽培人参的药理活性。

Abstract:The pharmacological effects of aqueous extract from cell suspension culture of Panax ginseng (CSCPG) were compared with aqueous extract from cultivated Panax ginseng (CPG) in mice. The results indicated that the spontaneous activity was significantly depressed by CSCPG and CPG. It seemed that the inhibiting effect of CSCPG was greater than that of CPG. Both CSCPG and CPG significantly potentiated the effect of sodium pentobarbital and prolonged the sleeping time induced by sodium thiopental. Following intraperitoneal administration of CSCPG or CPG, the oxygen consumption was decreased, a great endurance in anoxia was found, and the swimming time was prolonged. Both CPG and CSCPG significantly raised the mice's ability to tolerate high temperature, and the potency of the former was greater than that of the latter. After intraperitoneal administration of CSCPG and CPG, there was significant increase in the phagocytic activity of macrophage. It is suggested that CSCPG is similar to CPG in pharmacological activities, and only a minor difference occurs between them.
