| 摘 要： | 老年非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者由于器官储备功能降低和并发症多,对手术、化疗和放化疗联合治疗的耐受能力降低,目前尚无肯定的标准治疗.现通过相关文献资料分析老年NSCLC手术、化疔和放化疗联合治疗的必要性,介绍分子靶向治疗药物(如吉非替尼)在老年NSCLC中的研究进展,为老年NSCLC治疗方案的选择提供参考.

| Abstract: | Elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC) often couldn' t bear to operation,chemotherapy and chemoradiation because of badly saving function and more complication. There is still no standardized therapy for it at present This article not only analyzes the necessity of operation,chemotherapy and chemoradiation for elderly patients with NSCLC, but also introduces study progresses of molecular targeted therapeutic drugs in the elderly patients with NSCLC,such as gefitinib,in order to provide reference for the selection of therapeutic scheme for them. |
