经尿道冷切治疗后尿道狭窄与闭锁的临床分析

目的 探讨经尿道冷切开加电切术治疗尿道狭窄与闭锁的治疗方法。方法 采用经尿道冷切开加尿道瘢痕电切术治疗26例尿道狭窄与闭锁的患者。结果 26例中手术成功24例（90％），其中一次手术成功21例，二次手术成功2例，三次手术成功1例，手术失败2例，均改为开放手术，术后随访3个月-10年，17例排尿通畅，3例骨盆骨折后尿道狭窄患者术后短期尿道扩张后排尿通畅。结论 经尿道冷切开加电切术是尿道狭窄与闭锁的首选治疗方法，该方法安全、简单、有效。术后尿道扩张是防止再狭窄的重要手段。
