原发性高血压肝阳上亢证和肝肾阴虚证的情绪测量比较

目的探讨高血压患者常见两种中医证侯的情绪特征。方法按病证结合的方式选择研究对象 ,采用中医肝脏象情绪量表进行情绪测量。结果高血压患者中医肝脏象情绪量表测值各项积分均明显高于健康人对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。中医证型之间比较 ,中医肝脏象情绪量表肝经维度积分、焦虑维度积分、抑郁维度积分肝阳上亢证明显高于肝肾阴虚证 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论高血压患者两种证型中 ,肝阳上亢证焦虑、抑郁程度均高于肝肾阴虚证 ,肝阳上亢证以焦虑情绪状态为主。

A Comparative Study on the Emotional State of Patients with Primary Hypertension in the Patterns of Liver Yang Hyperactivity and Liver-Kidney Yin Deficiency

Objective To explore the emotional characteristics of patients with primary hypertension in the patterns of Liver Yang hyperactiviy (LYH) and Liver-Kidney Yin deficiency(LKYD). Methods All the cases were selected based on the combined principles of disease diagnosis and pattern differentiation and the emotional state was evaluated by the use of Ganzangxiang Emotions Rating Scale(GERS).Results The accumulating scores of all indexes for GERS were significantly higher in the group of patients with hyportension than that of healthy controls (P<0.01).When compared between the different patterns, the scores of Ganjing dimension, anxiety dimension and depression dimension were obviously higher among the cases with the pattern of Liver Yang hyperactivity than those with Liver-Kidney Yin deficiency(P<0.01).Conclusions Among the cases with diffenent patterns,those with one of Liver Yang hyperactivity will show more obvious degrees of anxiety and depression than those with one of Liver-Kidney Yin deficiency, especially with very obvious character of anxiety emotion.
