恶性肿瘤患者巨噬细胞淋巴细胞及红细胞免疫功能的研究

目的:通过对巨噬细胞、T淋巴细胞和红细胞免疫功能的检测,探讨恶性肿瘤患者三类细胞免疫检查的临床意义。方法:应用流式细胞仪检测荧光阳性的巨噬细胞数来测定巨噬细胞吞噬率;应用针对CD系列的单克隆抗体作流式细胞仪分析,检测T细胞亚群CD4和CD8的百分率及其比值;应用免疫粘附酵母菌花环法检测红细胞免疫功能。结果:肿瘤组的巨噬细胞吞噬率、T淋巴细胞和红细胞免疫功能均显著低于健康对照组,两组间有显蓍性差异(P<0.05)。巨噬细胞吞噬率与CD4/CD8比值、红细胞免疫RBC-C3bRR及RBC-ICR均有显著正相关性,P=0.01。结论:恶性肿瘤患者巨噬细胞、T淋巴细胞和红细胞免疫功能均有显著降低,对于肿瘤患者的诊治有一定的意义。

Study of Mensuration of Immune Function of Macrophagesand Lymphocytes and Erythrocytes in Malignant Tumors

Objective:To study the clinical significance of the mensuration of the im mune function of three types of cells by examining immune function of macrophages and lymphocytes and erythrocytes in the patients of malignant tumors.Methods:To determine the phagocytosis rate of macrophages using the count of the fluorescence positive cells by flow cytometry.To determine the rates of CD4and CD8of T-lymphocyte subpopulation using the monoclone antibody against CD4and CD8by flow cytometry.To determine the immune function of the erythrocytes using the assay of immune adhesive rosette form test with the yeast.Results:As compared with the healthy group,the phagocytosis rates of the macrophages and immune function of T-lymphocyte and im mune function of erythrocytes in malignant tumor groups were signif icance lower than those in the healthy group(P<0.05).The phagocytosis rates were significantly positive correlated com pared with the RBC-C3bRR and RBC-ICR and ra tio of CD4/CD8(P value0.01).Conclusion:The observation of the immune function of macrophages and lymphocytes and erythrocytes in the patients of malignant tumors was helpful for diagnosis and treatment.
