汕尾口岸出入境人员传染病监测结果分析

目的通过对汕尾口岸出入境人员传染病监测结果的分析,进一步了解汕尾口岸出入境人员中爱滋病、乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎及梅毒的感染情况,为有效地开展传染病监测和预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法对汕尾口岸的2157名出入境人员进行传染病监测并对结果进行分析。结果 2157名出入境人员中共检出4种传染病153例,检出率为7.09%,其中检出HbsAg阳性者140例,检出率为6.49%;检出HIV抗体阳性者4例,检出率为0.19%;检出抗-HCV阳性者1例,检出率为0.05%;检出梅毒阳性者8例,检出率为0.37%。结论 HbsAg阳性是汕尾口岸出入境人员中流行的主要传染病。加强出入境人员的传染病监测,加大卫生知识宣传咨询力度,提高出入境人员的自我防范意识,制定有效的防治措施,将有力于防止传染病在国际间的传播。

Surveillance on Infectious Diseases among Entry-exit personnels at Shanwei port

Objective：Through analysis results of infectious diseases surveillance among entry-exit personnels ,to understand the status of HIV、Hepatitis B、Hepatitis C and Syphilis infectious,and to provide scientific evidence for infectious diseases surveillance and prevention. Method Analysis results of infectious diseases surveillance among 2157 entry-exit personnels. Result There were 153 cases of 4 kinds of infectious diseases were found,and the positive rate was7.09%.In which,140 cases were HBsAg positive,4 cases were anti-HIV positive,1 case was anti-HCV positive,8 cases were syphilis positive.The positive rates were 6.49%,0.19%,0.05% and 0.37% respectively. Conclusion HBsAg positive is the major infectious diseases at Shanwei port.It is very importment to strengthen infectious diseases surveillance,to improve public consciousness of health care,regulate effective prevention and control measures,to prevent infectious diseases from spreading.
