| 摘 要： | 为更好的总结古典经方在现代临床上的应用,文章通过对医圣张仲景所著《伤寒论》262条麻黄连翘赤小豆汤的功效特点和相应皮肤病病因病机相对特点,重点摘取当代医家在皮肤病方面近年来对本方的应用,从该方的经验个案和临床总结、现代药理实验研究结果,就此方概况作了综述,归纳了麻黄连翘赤小豆汤近年来被广泛用于治疗荨麻疹、湿疹、异位性皮炎、水痘、带状疱疹、风疹、银屑病、皮肤瘙痒病、痒疹等皮肤病,审证取意,异病同治,获得佳效。通过检索以期对今后该方在皮肤病临床治疗及实践应用方面提供帮助。
