可切除肺癌伴肺内结节的诊断与外科治疗

目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)伴随肺内结节的诊断及治疗策略。方法回顾性分析31例手术切除伴肺内结节的NSCLC患者的临床资料。结果 31例伴有40个结节,10例为恶性,19例为良性,2例结节性质不确定。Ⅰ期NSCLC患者伴多发性肺癌的发生率明显高于Ⅲ期患者,Ⅲ期NSCLC患者伴随癌结节的发生率明显高于Ⅰ期患者。结论 NSCLC伴随肺内结节的鉴别诊断对于治疗方式选择非常重要,Ⅰ期NSCLC伴有肺内小结节应积极行手术治疗。

Diagnosis and surgical treatment of operable lung cancer with intrapulmonary nodules

Objective To study the diagnostic and therapeutic strategies of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) with intrapulmonary nodules.Methods Clinical data about 31 patients who underwent surgery for NSCLC with intrapulmonary nodules were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of the 31 patients with 40 pulmonary nodules,10 were diagnosed as malignant,19 as benign,and 2 as uncertain.The incidence of lung cancer was significantly higher in stageⅠ NSCLC patients than in stageⅢ NSCLC patients and in phase 3 NSCLC patients with pulmonary nodules than in stageⅠ NSCLC patients with pulmonary nodules.Conclusion Differential diagnosis of NSCLC with pulmonary nodules is very important for the selection of its treatment modality.Surgical treatment is recommended for stageⅠ NSCLC patients with pulmonary nodules.
