摘    要:被恶性疟原虫感染的红细胞(PRBC)与脑血管内皮细胞(EC)之间的粘附是脑型疟发作的关键。实验室中发现PRBC膜表面存在一种由寄生于其内的恶性疟原虫所合成的蛋白质,当这种膜蛋白的分子量达到260kd以上时,PRBC就表现出极强的粘附性。我科采集了正在发作的间日疟、恶性疟及脑型疟患者的血样,测定其PRBC膜蛋白分子量,结果发现,脑型疟患者PRBC上存在260kd及大于260kd的高分子量膜蛋白,而恶性疟与间日疟患者膜蛋白分子量低于260kd。

Abstract:It is the key causing the cerebral malaria the adhesion between the red blood cell (RBC) parasitized by plasmodium falcoparam and the endotheliat cells (EC) in the host's cerebral blood vessels.. It was found in the laboratories that there were some proteins synthesized by the plasmodium falciparum in the membrane of RBC parasitized by this malarial parasites and when their molecular weight were over 260 Kd, these RBC appeared strongly adhesive to EC. we collected the blood samples of the patients with vivax malaria, falciparum malaria or cerebral malaria and determined the molecular weight of these membrane proteins. The results confirmed that there were some membrane proteins whose molecular weight were equal to or over 260 Kd on RBC of the pateints with cerebral malaria. On the otherhand, no these proteins were found on RBC of the patients with other two malaria.
