| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨子宫血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤的临床病理特征、免疫表型特征及鉴别诊断.方法:应用HE和免疫组化对4例PEComa进行观察并复习相关文献. 结果:胞浆透明或嗜酸的瘤细胞为梭形、上皮样,呈巢状、腺泡状排列,其间见丰富的薄壁血管.HMB45 SMA 均阳性表达.结论:子宫PEComa是一种较少见的间叶性肿瘤,易误诊为子宫平滑肌瘤,特征性的联合表达HMB45 SMA.子宫PEComa目前尚无确切的恶性诊断标准,属于恶性潜能未定的肿瘤.
