| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨“五常法”在胸心外科药品管理中的作用。方法：将“五常法”的理论应用在药品管理中,实行全员参与和专人负责制,制定实施计划,定期检查,不断改进。结果：实施“五常法”后,不仅保证了安全,提高了抢救效率,而且护士的素质提高了,实现了自律。结论：在胸心外科的药品管理中应大力提倡“五常法”。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss applying "5S" management to manage medicine in thoracic surgery.Method:Implement "5S" to medicine management,every nurse attended the medicine management and one nurse appointed to in charge of it,drew out the plan,checked it regularly and improved continually.Result:After implement "5S" management,not only improved the rates of saving patients' lives,but also nurses' diathesis,and realized nurses' self-discipline.Conclusion:"5S" management should be adopted widely in nursing of thoracic surgery. |
