痹祺胶囊治疗血栓性浅静脉炎34例临床观察

【目的】研究痹祺胶囊治疗血栓性浅静脉炎的临床效果。【方法】选取病例共计34例，中医辨证分为湿热、血瘀、气虚血瘀3型，均服用痹祺胶囊。【结果】湿热型中痊愈例数较多，占63．6％；血瘀型、气虚血瘀型则起效较慢，痊愈例数较少。【结论】痹祺胶囊治疗血栓性浅静脉炎疗效较高，用药安全，值得进一步观察使用。

Clinical Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Biqi Capsule on Superficial Thrombophlebitis in 34 cases

Objective] To investigate the therapeutic effect of Biqi Capsule on superficial thrombophlebitis. Methods] Thirty-four cases diagnosed as dampness heat blood stasis Qi deficiency and blood stasis respectively from TCM differentiation were selected and divided into three groups. All groups were administrated Biqi Capsule. Results] More patients in the dampness heat type group were cured and occupied 63.6%;The effect appeared slowly in blood stasis type,Qi deficiency and blood stasis type group and less cases were cured. Conclusion] The therapeutic effect of Biqi Capsule on superficial thrombophlebitis is better. It is safe and is worth to be further observed and used.
