中西医结合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎47例疗效观察

目的 观察中西医结合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效.方法 选择78例肝胃不和型胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为对照组(31例)与治疗组(47例).对照组患者应用吗丁啉、法莫替丁药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用疏肝和胃方治疗.观察两组患者的临床疗效及复发率情况.结果 治疗组总有效率为91.49%,对照组为64.52%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05).疗程结束后6个月,治疗组复发率为10.00%;对照组为35.00%,两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论 中西结合治疗肝气犯胃型胆汁反流性胃炎疗效显著,在改善临床症状、降低复发率方面更显优势.

Observation of Therapeutic Effect on 47 Cases of Bile Reflux Gastritis Treated by Integration of Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated Chinese and western medicine on 47 cases of bile reflux gastritis.Methods 78 cases of bile reflux gastritis differentiated as disharmony between the liver and stomach were divided randomly into control group(31 cases)and treatment group(47 cases).In control group,motilium and famotidine were administered.In treatment group,on the basis of the treatment as control group,the cases were treated in terms of smoothing liver qi and harmonizing stomach function.The clinical efficacy and relapse rate were observed in two groups.Results The total effective rate was 91.49% in treatment group and 64.52% in control group.The efficacy of treatment group was superior to that in control group(P＜0.05).6 months after the end of treatment,the relapse rate was 10.00% in treatment group and 35.00% in control group,indicating significant difference in comparison(P＜0.05).Conclusion The integration of Chinese and western medicine has significant efficacy on bile reflux gastritis differentiated as liver qi attacking the stomach and this therapy is even advantageous at relieving clinical symptoms and decreasing relapse rate.
