颈动脉体瘤的灰阶超声诊断

目的：探讨灰阶超声对颈动脉体瘤的诊断价值。资料和方法：用灰阶超声对３６例共３７个手术和病理证实的颈动脉体瘤进行分析，肿瘤最大１０ｃｍ，最小２．５ｃｍ。结果：颈动脉体瘤在灰阶超声上主要表现为位于颈动脉分叉处有管道样结构或无回声区的低回声光团（８１％），颈内外动脉间距增大，多大于１０ｍｍ等。结论：灰阶超声对颈动脉体瘤的诊断有一定的价值

Ultrasonographic Diagnosis of Carotid Body Tumor

PurposeThevalue of the ultrasoud was discussed in diagnosis of carotid body tumors.Materialsand MethodsThirty-six patients with carotid body tumors were examined byconventional grey scale ultrasound.Of them,19 males and 17 females.The largest diameter ofcarotid body tumor was 10 cm,and the smallest 2.5 cm.ResultsThe specificsonogram of carotid body tumors was hypoechoic solid lesion with small conduits oranechoic spaces(81%),and the distance between internal and external carotid arteries atthe bifurcation was greater(more than 10 mm).ConclusionThe gray scaleultrasound was useful in diagnosis of carotid body tumors.
