合肥市2所高校大学生运动伤害的流行病学调查

目的了解大学生运动伤害发生状况及其影响因素,为开展大学生运动伤害健康教育提供依据。方法运用问卷调查法,对合肥市2所大学2317名大学生进行调查,并对伤害危险因素进行单因素及多因素分析。结果大学生运动伤害报告率为32.24%,男生伤害报告率（42.37%）高于女生（17.92%）。不同学校、年级、运动场地伤害报告率差异均有统计学意义。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,性别、营养不良和近视是伤害发生的危险因素,肺功能正常、安全教育是伤害发生的保护因素。受伤类型以皮肤损伤、韧带损伤较为多见。结论大学生运动伤害发生率较高。应加强对大学生运动伤害的预防,通过健康教育使大学生养成自我保护的意识。

A Cross-sectional Study of Athletic Injury Among Students in Two Colleges in Hefei

Objective To study the characteristics of athletic injuries among college students and to provide evidence for the prevention of athletic injuries.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate in juries among 2 317 college students randomly sampled from two colleges.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed.Results The rate of athletic injuries among college students was 32.24%.The incidence rate of athletic injuries was higher in male(42.37%)than female(17.92%).Statistical significance was found in different schools,grades and spots.Multivariate logistic analysis indicated that gender,malnutrition and myopia were the risk factors to injuries,while the protective factors were sound pulmonary function and safety education.Most athletic injury happened on skin and ligaments.Conclusion The incidence of athletic injuries is high among college students and the related health education should be reinforced among them.
