摘    要:目的 :为了解教学改革后本科毕业生是否达到教学目标 ,以及能否满足用人单位的要求。方法 :对教学改革后我校第一批在临床工作1a的本科生及其所在病房的护士长进行问卷调查。结果 :毕业生工作情况基本达到教学目标 ,能力由高到低分别为 :工作态度、沟通能力、健康教育能力、整体护理思想、实际操作技能和专业发展水平。其中 ,管理和科研是毕业生的不足之处。结论 :本组单一评价手段存在着局限性 ,还有待跟踪调查

Abstract:Objective: to know whether the education of college-graduated nursing student reached the goal after the implementation of teaching reform. And to know if nursing students graduated from colleges can meet the needs of hospitals or other organizations. Methods: the first batch of graduated nursing students after the implementation of teaching reform who had worked in clinical wards for 1 year and those head nurses of these wards were investigated via filling out questionnaire. Results: working status of the graduated nurses reached the goal of teaching basically. Their capabilities from high to low in order were attitude of working, communication ability, health education ability, practical manipulation skills, thinking of holistic nursing care, and the specialty development level respectively. Among which, their weak points were administration and scientific research. Conclusion: there were some limitations on the mono-factor assessment, and a follow-up investigation is much needed.
