| 摘 要： | 目的探索血清超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）对糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的影响的临床意义。方法将糖尿病周围神经病变患者与糖尿病无周围神经病变患者和正常对照组相对照,比色法测定血清SOD值。结果糖尿病无周围神经病变组血清SOD值为79.84±4.36。与正常对照有显著差异,糖尿病周围神经病变组血清SOD值明显降低为67.11±3.09。结论糖尿病周围神经病变患者血清SOD降低与糖尿病周围神经病变的发生,发展密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical significance of SOD in diabetes DPN. Methods After classification of diabetic patients with DPN and SOD was detected by colorimetry： Results SOD in diabetic without DPN was 79.84 ± 4.36,this value was obviously different from than that of standard group.SOD in diabetic DPN was 67.11 ± 3.09. Conclusions The increase of SOD in DPN was associated with the progress of diabetic microangiopathy. |
