单色光眼底摄影法在视盘和视杯检测中的价值

摘    要:应用作者研制的国产单色光摄影系统对42只正常眼底视盘进行拍摄、利用光密度计选拍摄和视杯的最佳单色光波长,并应用心理物理学的方法对单色光负片、无赤光负片和彩色正片的视盘、视杯像质、对比度和细节分辨率进行配对比较。

Abstract:2 normal subjects were taken pictures for their optic nerve head by using the monochromatic photography system we devel-oped. A densitometer was used in selecting the optimal fiIters. A comparison was made in contrast and image quality of opitc nervehead between negative films of monochromatic light and red-free light, and picture of monochromatic light and colour postive pic-ture of white light by using the method of psyco-physics. The results showed that optic disc and optic cup have an optimal contrastand best resolution under illumination of 628nm and 530nm. The optic nerve head image under monochromatic light is better thanthat under red free-light and white light.
