| 摘 要： | 介绍后巩膜和加固术治疗近视７８例例眼的术式选择，手术方法及所见并发症。着重对其随访６－１２个月的患者以眼轴长度为指标与只行放射状角膜切开术和未行手术的近视眼进行对比分析，结果表该手术阻止高度近视眼轴增长的确切作用。

| Abstract: | he surgical method,the selection of the operative models and the complications were intro-duced in 78 cases (151 eyes)of myopia undergoing posterior scleral support operation. The ocularaxial lengths of the patients followed up for 6 12months after operation were analysed and com-pared with those of the patients undergoing only radial keratotomy and no operation of myopia.The results showed that the operation had the definite effects for the prevention of the increasesof ocular axial length. |
