病毒性心肌炎患儿血浆SOD及LPO观察

摘    要:采用放射免疫法和荧光法对32例病毒性心肌炎患儿分别于急性期(32例)、恢复期(26例)测定血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量,并与34例健康儿童作对照。结果:患儿组急性期SOD下降,LPO升高,恢复期SOD明显上升,但LPO仍然高于对照组。提示氧自由基参与心肌炎的病理过程,急性期机体清除自由基的能力下降,恢复期逐渐恢复,但氧自由基的危害依然存在,认为对心肌炎病儿使用抗氧化剂的

Abstract:he blood contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and lipidperoxides(LPO ) were deter- mined with RIA and fluorometric method in 32 cases of acute and 26 caese of convalescent viral myocarditis ,and compared with that of 34 cases of normal subjects. The results showed that SOD was evidently lower(P<0. 01)in acute viral myocarditis and returned to normal in convalescent; LPO was significantly higher(P<0. 01 )in both acute and convalescent viral myocarditis. This suggested that oxygen free radical(OFR) might participate in the pathogenesis of viral myocardi-tis and the ability of eliminating oxygen free radical decreased in acute stage, but gradually re-stored in convalescent stage. But the harmfulness of oxygen free radical still existed.Therefore,it was held that the period of using antioxident for the children of myocarditis should be pro-longed to the convalescent stage.
