镁对人脐静脉内皮细胞增殖活力的影响

目的：探讨镁对人脐静脉内皮细胞增殖活力的影响及对心血管系统的保护作用。方法：在改进人脐静脉内皮细胞培养方法的基础上，用MTT法检测Mg^2对传统2－3代人脐静脉曲皮细胞增殖活力的影响，实验分为空白对照组LH2O2组；补镁组；H2O2 Mg^2组，结果：补镁各剂量组OD值高于空白对照组，H2O2＋Mg^2各剂量组OD值高于H2O2组，均具有显著性差异。结论：提示镁对内皮细胞增殖有明显的促进作用。

Effect of Magnesum Supplementation on Proliferative Activity of Cnltnred Hnman Umbilical Vein Endnthelial Cells

Objective To explore the effects of magnesium on the proliferative activity of cultured humal umbilical vein endothelial cells and its protective effects on cardiovascular system.Methods The effect of magnesium on the proliferative activity of cultured human uambilical vein endothelial cells which were 2-3 passage. MTT assay was used for the determination of cell viability and proliferation. Results The value of OD-{490} of cells of Mg {2 } supplementation group at doses of 0.3mmol/L, 0.6mmol/L, 1.2mmol/L, 2.4mmol/L was much higher than that of normal control group, P<0.05, and that OD-{490} of cells of H-2O-2 Mg {2 } group at all doses was higher than that of H-2O-2 group,P<0.05.Conclusion Mg {2 } supplementation stimulate the proliferation of cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cells.
