产妇产褥期发生抑郁症的影响因素调查及对策

目的调查产妇产褥期发生抑郁症的影响因素，提出防范对策。方法对168位产妇发生抑郁症情况及影响因素进行问卷调查，调查工具采用爱丁堡产后抑郁量表和社会支持评定量表，并对产妇年龄、分娩方式、新生儿性别、分娩胎次作调查，所有资料作Pearson相关分析、t检验及单因素方差分析。结果168位产妇，经爱丁堡产后抑郁量表评定，≥13分24人，产后抑郁症发生率为14．29％；产后抑郁症与社会支持总分及三个维度分呈显著负相关；新生儿性别与产妇产后抑郁症的发生显著相关；不同分娩方式、分娩胎次、年龄的产妇。发生产后抑郁症的差异无统计学意义。结论须注重对产妇社会支持的评估，充分发挥社会支持系统的作用，以预防和降低产后抑郁症的发生。
