摘    要:目的探讨口腔念珠菌鉴定的两种方法及药敏试验,得出口腔念珠菌对真菌药物的耐药率,从而指导临床医生合理使用抗真菌药物。方法用真菌显色培养基和生物梅里埃鉴定卡鉴定96株念珠菌,用药敏试验对其进行耐药性分析。结果1:3腔念珠菌感染中以白色念珠菌为主,占82.92%;其次为热带念珠菌占12.66%;白色念珠菌对5-氟胞嘧啶、割霉菌素、两性霉素B、酮康唑、益康唑、氟康唑和咪康唑的耐药率分别为2.53%、2.53%、2.53%、2.53%、75.94%、39.24%、7.59%;热带念珠菌对益康唑和咪康唑的耐药率为100%,对其他5种抗真菌药物均敏感。结论真菌显色培养基能快速、准确地检测口腔念珠菌;5-氟胞嘧啶、制霉菌素、两性霉素B、酮康唑是治疗口腔念珠菌感染的首选药物。

Drug Resistance Analysis and Comparison between Two Methods of Oral Candidiasis Indentification

Abstract:Objective To study fungal drug resistance rate by two methods of oral candiasis identification and drug sensitivity tests to guide chnicians rational rise of antifungal agents. Methods 96 candidiasis by fungi color medium ,and biological Meri Egypt idenfificalion card were identified,and make resistance analysis with drug sensitivity test. Resuits Candida albicans accounting for 82.92% was the main in the oral candidiasis infection,followed by candida tropicalis accounting for 12.66%. Resistance rates of,candida albicans to 5-fluorocytosine,nys- Latin, amphotericin B, ketoconazole, econazole, miconazole and fluconazole were 2.53%, 2.53%, 2.53?6,2.53%, 75.94%, 39.24%,7.59% respec- tively;The resistance rates of candida tropicalis to miconazole and econazole were 100%,and the other five kinds of antifungal agents were sen- sitive. Conlusion Fungi color medium can quickly and accurately detect oral candidiasis:5-fluorocytosine, nystatin, amphotericin B and ketoconazole in treatment of oral candidiasis infection are the preferred drugs.
