乌鲁木齐地区0～3岁儿童骨强度的测定结果分析

目的测定新疆乌鲁木齐地区0～3岁超声波沿骨骼长轴的传播速度（SOS），监测骨骼强度。方法共检测420例0～3岁的乌鲁木齐地区健康婴儿，测定身高、体质量，并采用标准方法测定婴儿胫骨中段的SOS值。以Sunlight系统内提供的SOS值为参照标准。结果对测定出0～3岁的乌鲁木齐地区健康婴儿骨骼SOS的结果进行分析，性别间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。不同季节测定的婴儿骨骼SOS结果之间有差异。结论应用超声波测定能更加准确反映骨强度，使用方便，测量迅速并且准确灵敏，可反映骨骼发育的动态变化，适宜应用于儿童人群。

The determination of bone strength of Urumqi 0-3 years old children

Objective To assess the bone strength of Urumqi 0-3 years old children. Methods Four hundreds and twenty Urumqi 0-3 years old children were examined. In all children height and weight were measured. The speed of sound(sos) was measured at midshaft tibia. The reference curves by gender was obtained from the SunLight System, SunLight company. Results The result of the SOS at midshaft tihiain Urumqi 0-3 years old children determined was analysised,The SOS of the boys and the girls was not different (P>0.05) , There were obvious differsnces between the SOS of each season in Uygur 0-3 years healthy old children. Conclusion SOS value proves its stability and credibility, this result prove the feasibility of using children and guesting clinic treatment,in order to reduce the occurring of child suffered with low SOS.
