| 摘 要： | 目的:研究丹红注射液对不稳定型心绞痛患者血小板,血浆脑利钠肽的影响及临床疗效.方法:对92例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分组,治疗组加用丹红注射液治疗,观察临床疗效及血小板聚集率、BNP等变化.结果:治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组,其血小板聚集率、BNP在治疗10d后明显低于对照组,未见明显不良反应.结论:丹红注射液对不稳定型心绞痛患者有治疗效果.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect to blood platelet and brain natriuretic peptide of Danhong injection on the unstable angina.Methods: We divided 92 unstable patients into two groups randomly.The treatment group added Donhong injection.The platelet aggregation rate and the brain natriuretic peptide were compared.Therapeutic effect was evaluated too.Results: The treatment group's therapeutic effect was better than that the control group.The platelet aggregation rate and the brain natriuretic peptide were lower than those the control group in ten days.Conclusion:The Danhong injection had therapeutic effect on unstable angina. |
