| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨神经内窥镜下锁孔手术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法:采用神经内窥镜对21例高血压脑出血进行锁孔手术治疗,观察其治疗效果,随访1年~2年。结果:存活18例;治愈16例;治愈率:76%,大部分患者恢复日常生活和工作能力。结论:神经内窥镜辅助下锁孔手术治疗高血压脑出血,具有创伤小,手术时间短,并发症少,术后恢复快、死亡率、致残率低等优点,是治疗高血压脑出血较好的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the curative effect with endoscope-assisted neurosurgery keyhole operation on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH). Methods: Endoscope-assisted neurosurgery keyhole technology was used in the operation of HICH in 21 patients and observed the clinical efficacy. They were followed up from 1 to 2 years. Results: 18 patients survived, 16 patients cured and the total recovery rate was 76%. Most of the patients recovered the ability of dailylife and work. Conclusions: Endoscope-assisted neurosurgery keyhole technology in the operation of HICH had small trauma, shorter operation time, fewer complications, faster recovery in post-operation, lower mortality and disability. |
