补充支链氨基酸对划船运动员血液某些氨基酸浓度及血小板5-HT2A受体与螺环哌丁苯结合的影响

摘    要:目的:观察补充支链氨基酸(BCAA)对划船运动员血液某些氨基酸浓度及血小板5-HT2A受体与螺环哌丁苯结合的影响,为运动员疲劳控制及合理营养补充提供实验依据.方法:18名男子划船运动员,随机分为安慰剂组、BCAA组及BCAA CHO组,补剂的同时进行2周大运动量训练,2周后的1次急性运动前后,采用放射标记受体测定技术,测定各组运动员血小板5-HT2A受体与[3H]Spiperone(螺环哌丁苯)结合的最大结合容量、平衡解离常数的变化;同时测定血液BCAA、游离色氨酸的含量并进行分析.结果:(1)血浆中几种氨基酸浓度的变化:男子划船运动员2周大运动量训练后的1次急性运动前,各组安静值均无显著性差异;运动后BCAA组及BCAA CHO组BCAA值与运动前相比显著提高.BCAA组和BCAA CHO组运动员运动后血液丙氨酸浓度显著升高(P<0.05).BCAA及BCAA CHO组1次急性运动后即刻,fTrp/BCAA比值与运动前相比均显著降低.(2)血小板5-HT2A受体与[3H]Spiperone(螺环哌丁苯)结合的最大结合容量及平衡解离常数的变化:男子划船运动员2周大运动量训练后的1次急性运动后,安慰剂组较BCAA组和BCAA CHO组最大结合容量下降更显著(P<0.05);BCAA组及BCAA CHO组的平衡解离常数显著降低(P<0.05).结论:2周大运动量训练期间补充BCAA或BCAA CHO对改善血液BCAA含量、fTrp/BCAA比率等某些外周以及中枢疲劳指标有一定作用.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of supplementation of branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) on the concentration of some amino acid in blood and the binding capacity of platelets 5-HT_ 2AR with [3H]Spiperone in rowers. Methods 18 male rowers were selected as subjects in this study and their plasma free tryptophan (fTrp), alanine, phenylalanine, BCAA and 5-HT_ 2AR density of specific binding sites (Bmax) and affinity of [3H]Spiperone for specific binding sites (K_d) on membranes from platelets were tested using radiolabeled receptor assay and biochemical techniques during 2-week intensive training. Results There were significant decrease in plasma fTrp/BCAA and significant increase in BCAA and alanine in subjects supplied with BCAA (or BCAA CHO) during 2-week intensive training (P<0.05). Significant decreases in 5-HT_ 2AR density of specific binding sites (Bmax) and affinity of [3H] Spiperone for specific binding sites (K_d) on membranes from platelets were found after acute intensive exercise. Bmax values of membranes from platelets after exercise in subjects with long-term supplying BCAA CHO were significantly higher than that in placebo group (P<0.05). Conclusion The supplementation of BCAA or BCAA CHO could slow down the decrement of 5-HT_ 2A and improve the plasma BCAA, fTrp/BCAA during long-term intensive exercise.
