首发精神分裂症患者血浆白细胞介素6、免疫球蛋白G变化研究

目的：研究首发偏执型精神分裂症患者血浆中自细胞介素6(IL—6)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)的变化。方法：对首发偏执型精神分裂症患者30例，单独应用氯氮平治疗；20例健康志愿者为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血浆中IL—6的浓度，应用速率散射比浊法检测IgG的血浆浓度，并进行组间比较。结果：精神分裂症组在治疗前血浆IL—6、IgG的水平显著增高，治疗6周症状缓解后仍显著增高；症状基本缓解后与治疗前比较差异无显著性。结论：精神分裂症患者存在免疫功能紊乱。

Study on the alterations of plasma IL-6 and IgG in first episode schizophrenia

Objective:To evaluate the alterations of plasma interleukin 6 (IL-6) and immunoglobulin G(IgG) in first episode paranoid schizophrenia. Method:30 inpatients with first episode paranoid schizophrenia were collected as case group and treated with clozapine.We obtained plasma when schizophrenic patients were both on admission and in a state of initial remission 6 weeks after admission.20 healthy volunteers were enrolled as control group.The contents of IL-6 were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The contents of IgG were measured with rate nephelometry.The parameters were performed by statistics analysis. Results:On admission,the levels of IL-6 and IgG in plasma were significantly higher in schizophrenic patients in comparison to control group.Six weeks after admission,the levels of IL-6 and IgG in plasma were significantly higher in comparison to control group.When initial remission compared with acute disease,no pronounced difference was observed for the levels of IL-6 and IgG in plasma. Conclusion:Schizophrenic patients had immune dysfunction.
