子宫肉瘤30例临床分析

目的探讨子宫肉瘤的临床特征、诊断方法、治疗经验及预后。方法对我院1995年1月～2005年1月收治的30例子宫肉瘤患者的发病年龄、临床特点、分期、治疗方法及预后进行回顾性分析。结果本组子宫肉瘤的临床表现以阴道异常出血为主(70%),其次为下腹部肿块(23%);术前诊断率为26.7%;随访的25例5年及2年生存率分别为42.9%和68.0%;绝经前期,肿瘤分期较早,及子宫平滑肌肉瘤患者的预后较好(P值均<0.01)。结论子宫肉瘤的主要临床特征为阴道异常出血,术前诊断率低,其预后与绝经情况、临床分期、病理类型关系密切。

Clinical analysis of 30 cases of uterine sarcoma

Objective To investigate the clinical features,diagnostic methods,treatment and prognosis of uterine sarcoma.Methods Thirty cases of uterine sarcoma from our hospital in ten years were retrospectively analyzed,including patients' age at onset,clinical feature,stage,treatment method and prognosis.Results The primary clinical symptom of uterine sarcoma was abnomal vaginal bleeding(70%),and the following was palpable mass of lower abdomen(23%).The rate of preoperative diagnosis was 26.7%.The 5-year and 2-year survival rate of 25 patients with follow-up were 42.9%and 68%,respectively.The prognosis of patients with leiomyosarcoma,pre-menopausal and earlier stage was better.Conclusion The main clinical feature of uterine sarcoma is abnomal vaginal bleeding.Preoperative diagnosis rate is low.Prognosis was significantly associated with menopausal status,clinical stage,pathological type.
