2003年德州市A群与C群流行性脑脊髓膜炎抗体水平调查

[目的]了解德州市健康人群A群与C群流行性脑脊髓膜炎（下称流脑）抗体水平,为预防流脑提供科学依据.[方法]2003年12月对德州市386名健康人血清采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测流脑A群、C群IgG抗体.[结果]检测血清386份,A群抗体阳性率96.11%,GMT 1：20.59,不同地区、不同年龄组抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;C群抗体阳性率19.95%,GMT 1：4.50,不同地区、不同年龄组抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01、0.05）.A、C群性别之间抗体阳性率差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.[结论]德州市部分健康人群对A群脑膜炎双球菌有较高的免疫力,在加强A群流脑预防监测的同时,亦应强化C群流脑的预防监测.

Investigation on Antibody Level of Group A and Group C Epidemic Cerebrospinal Meningitis in Dezhou during 2003

[Objective]To understand antibody level of group A and group C epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis in healthy population in Dezhou.[Methods]To test IgG antibody of group A and group C epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis by ELISA for 386 persons.[Results]The antibody's positive rate of group A was 96.11%,those of different areas and different ages had no obvious differences(P>0.05),GMT1 was 20.59.The antibody's positive rate of group C was 19.95%,those of different areas and different ages had statistic significance(P<0.01,0.05),GMT1 was 4.50.Both two groups had no statistic significance between men and women(P>0.05).[Conclusion]Some healthy people in Dezhou had obvious immunity for group A epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis,Surveillance and prevention on group C epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis should be strengthened.
