便秘与蛛网膜下腔再出血的相关性及护理

目的 :探讨便秘发生与蛛网膜下腔再出血的相关性 ,为有针对性地进行护理提供依据。方法 :对 1998年 1月至 2 0 0 0年 12月 3年的 31例蛛网膜下腔出血患者进行整体护理 ,观察记录便秘发生情况以及再出血发生率 ,并与整体护理前 3年的 33例蛛网膜下腔出血患者的便秘发生情况及再出血发生率进行对照。结果 :整体护理后患者便秘发生率为 2 5 81% ,再出血发生率为 16 14 % ,整体护理前患者便秘发生率为 6 0 6 1% ,再出血发生率为 39 39% ,两者差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :减少便秘发生 ,有助于降低蛛网膜下腔再出血发生率

Correlationship between constipation and subarachnoid haemorrahge and relative nursing

Objective:To explore for correlationship between constipation and subarachnoid haemorrhage Method:31 cases with subarachnoid haemorrhage received defecation nursing,observed for incidence of constipation and rehaemorrhage,with other 33 cases without holistic nursing as control Result:After holistic nur~sing constipation incidence rate is 25 81% rehaemeorrhage rate is 16 14%;Before it,constipation rate is 60 61%,rehaemorrhage 39 39%(P<0 05) Con~clusion:Lower constipation rate is helpful to reduce subarachnoid haemorrhage in cidence
