心理护理干预对慢性肝病患者治疗效果及生存质量影响的研究

目的大部分慢性肝病患者均存在不同程度焦虑、抑郁、消极治疗等不同的心理问题,这种消极的心理问题反过来又会影响患者的治疗,甚至导致病情的加重。通过分析针对性心理护理干预对慢性肝病患者焦虑、抑郁、紧张、绝望、悲观等心理的影响。方法在专业人员的辅助下进行测试评分,收集慢性肝病患者的症状自评量表(SCL-90)及慢性肝病自评量表。将60例患者的心理状态分为:①恐惧焦虑组;②失望无助组;③冷漠愤怒组;④绝望轻生组;⑤其他。进行针对性心理护理干预,并随访,分析实验组和对照组的慢性肝病患者在给予针对性的心理护理干预以后,针对性心理护理干预对慢性肝病患者焦虑、抑郁、紧张、绝望、悲观等心理的影响。结果实施心理干预后实验组和对照组主要观察指标差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验小组明显优于对照小组。结论心理护理干预能降低或消除患者在疾病治疗过程中以及后续的日常生活中所遇到的各种心理问题,配合临床药物治疗,能对治疗效果有一定的作用,提高患者的生活质量。

Impact of Psychological Nursing Intervention Patients with Chronic Liver Disease the Therapeutic Effect and Quality of Life

Objective Most chronic liver disease patients with varying degrees of anxiety, depression, negative treatment of different psychological problems, psychological problems of negative this in turn affect patient treatment, and even lead to illness aggravation. Through the analysis of the effect of psychological nursing intervention on anxiety, depression, tension in patients with chronic liver disease, despair, pessimism psychology. Methods Test scores in the auxiliary professionals, collected from patients with chronic liver disease symptom checklist （SCL-90） and self rating scale of chronic liver disease. 60 the psychological status of the patients could be divided into： ①fear and anxiety group; ②disappointment helpless group; ③cold anger group; ④despair suicide group; ⑤the other. Targeted psychological nursing intervention, and follow-up analysis of patients with chronic liver disease, the experimental group and control group after the psychological nursing intervention, the effect of psychological nursing intervention on anxiety, depression, tension in patients with chronic liver disease, despair, pessimism psychology. Results The implementation of psychological intervention, the experimental group and the control group differences were statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）, the experimental group was signiifcantly better than the control group. Conclusion The psychological nursing intervention can reduce or eliminate various psychological problems were encountered during the treatment of disease and subsequent in daily life, with the clinical drug treatment, can have certain effect on treatment effect, improve the quality of life of patients.
