Abstract: | Objective To investigate the correlation between histological grade and expression of estrogen receptor(ER), progesterone receptor (PR),CerbB-2 and Ki-67. Methods The expressions of ER,PR,CerbB-2 and Ki-67 in 169 cases breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemieal method.Histological grade were detected by modified Mottingham of Bloom-Richardson system. Results The positive expressions of ER,PR,CerbB-2 and Ki-67 were 56.21% ,63.91% ,54.44% and 75.15%.There was no significant difference in positive expression rates of ER and PR among grade Ⅰ, Ⅱand Ⅲ(P〉0.05), but the expressions of CerbB-2 and Ki-67 increased with the rise of histological grade (P〈0.05).The expressions of ER and PR were correlated with CerbB-2 expression(P〈0.05). Conclusion The expressions of ER and PR do not obviously change with increase of histological grade in breast cancer, but the expressions of CerbB-2 and Ki-67 do.The expression of ER is negatively correlated with CerbB-2 expression, but positively with Ki-67 expression. |
