深部热疗联合紫杉醇每周疗法治疗晚期胃癌的临床观察

目的探讨深部热疗联合紫衫醇每周疗法治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效和毒副作用。方法将60例晚期胃癌患者随机分成两组：深部热疗联合紫杉醇周剂量化疗组和紫杉醇周剂量化疗组，每组30例；化疗方案为紫杉醇＋DDP＋5-FU。结果深部热疗联合紫杉醇周剂量化疗组有效率为83.3％，紫杉醇周剂量化疗组有效率为56．7％。两组统计学上有明显差异（P〈0．05）。结论深部热疗联合紫杉醇每周疗法是治疗晚期胃癌较有效的方法之一，值得临床推广。

Deep hyperthermia combined with Paclitaxel administered by weekly infusion regimen in the treatment advanced gastric cancer

Objective The purpose of the study was to evaluate the efficacy and toxicities of deep hyperthermia combined with Paclitaxel administered by weekly infusion regimen in the treatment advanced gastric cancer. Methods Divided into two groups：trial group 30 patients who received deep hyperthermia combined with paclitaxel 70mg/m^2,weekly,DDP 25 mg/m^2,dl,2,3,Fluorouracil 500mg/m^2 （d1-5）in 28-day cycle of therapy for 2-4 cycles.The control group 30 patients who received paclitaxel 70 mg/m^2,weekly,DDP 25mg/m^2,d1,2,3,Fluoreuracil 500 mg/m^2 （dl-5） in 28-day cycle of therapy for 2-4 cycles. Results The response rate was 83.3% in trial group, and 56.7% in control group.Which was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Deep hyperthermia combined with Paclitaxel administered by weekly infusion offers a better therapeutic option in patients with advanced gastric cancer.
