肝硬化患者血浆凝血酶原时间和血清肝纤维化指标与Child—Pugh分级的关系

目的探讨肝硬化患者血浆凝血酶原时间（PT）、血清肝纤维化指标（PC-Ⅲ、Ⅳ-C、LN、HA）与Child—Pugh肝功能分级的关系。方法按Child—Pugh分级标准将100例肝硬化患者分为A、B、C三级组，测定血浆胛、血清肝纤维化4项指标（PC-Ⅲ、Ⅳ-C、LN、HA）水平。结果A、B、C三级组血浆町、血清肝纤维化标志物水平随Child—Pugh积分增加而呈上升趋势，三组比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．05），血浆胛、血清肝纤维化指标与Child—Pugh分级之间均存在显著正相关性（r=0．359～0．604，P〈0．05）。结论联合检测肝硬化患者血浆PT和血清肝纤维化4项指标对指导肝功能Child—Pugh分级具有很好的参考价值，是较理想的实验室诊断肝硬化的指标。

Relationship of Chiid-Pugh class with plasma prothrombin time and serum liver fibrosis indexes in patients with cirrhosis

Objective To investigate the relationship of Child-Pugh class with plasma prothrombin time（PT） and serum liver fibrosis indexes in patients with cirrhosis. Methods 100 patients with cirrhosis of liver were divided into stage A, B and C according to Child-Pugh staging. The plasma PT and serum liver fibrosis indexes were measured. Results Plasma PT and serum PC-m ,IV-C,LN and HA level with Child-Pugh score increased and raised,A,B and C grade compared the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. The plasma PT and serum liver fibrosis indexes with the Child-Pugh class have relevance （r=0.359- 0.604,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Measuring the plasma PT and serum liver fibrosis indexes（PC-HI ,IV-C,LN,HA）have an important reference value for guiding Child-Pugh class and are better indicators of laboratory diagnosis in patients with cirrhosis.
