| 摘 要： | 目的探讨联合检测多肿瘤标志物在恶性肿瘤临床诊断中的应用价值。方法应用多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统（C-12）测定902例恶性肿瘤患者和248例健康体检者血清十二种肿瘤标志物水平。结果恶性肿瘤组的阳性率显著高于健康体检组，灵敏度是70．5％，特异性为92．3％。结论运用蛋白芯片技术联合检测多种肿瘤标志物可以提高恶性肿瘤的诊断敏感性．同时也可作为肿瘤普查的手段之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of the detection of multi-tumor markers. Methods The serums level of 12 common tumor markers were detected by the C-12 system in 902 malignant tumor patients and 248 healthy persons. Results The malignant tumor group had rather significandy higher positive rate than healthy group,the sensitivity was 70.5% and the specificity was 92.3%. Conclusion Combined measurement of multiple serum tumor markers using protein biochip technique .can notably increase the diagnostic sensitivity for malignant tumor,and it can be used as an earlier period tumor surveying tool. |
