β受体阻滞剂在治疗慢性心力衰竭中的作用

目的观察β受体阻滞剂对慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法随机选择慢性心力衰竭患者60例,其中β受体阻滞剂美托洛尔治疗组34例（6.25～25mg/次,bid或tid）和对照组26例。治疗10个月,观察美托洛尔对患者症状、心功能的影响。结果治疗组较对照组左心室射血分数升高（50%±2%,43%±1%,P〈0.01）,左心室收缩末期容积下降（133±58,141.2±55,P〈0.01）,治疗组治疗前、后比较,左心室舒张期容积下降（P〈0.05）。结论常规治疗基础上,应用β受体阻滞剂美托洛尔能显著改善慢性心力衰竭患者的症状及心功能。

The effect of βAIIRBs＇s in treating chronic heart failure

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of βAIIRBs in patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）.Methods Sixty patients with CHF were selected randomly.The patients were divided into metoprolol group（34 cases,6.25~ 25mg,bid or tid）and control group（26 cases）.The efficacy of metoprolol on patients symptoms and heart function were ob-served 10 months after treatment.Results Left ventricular ejection was increased（50%±2%,43%±1%,P〈0.01）and left ven-tricular systolic volume was decreased（133±58,141.2±55,P〈0.01）in metoprolol group than those in the control group.Left ventricular end-diastolic volume decreased in metoprolol group compared with that of at baseline（P〈0.05）.Conclusion On the basis of routine therapy,metoprolol can improve the symptoms and heart function significantly in patients with CHF.
