中西医结合治疗小儿脑瘫121例疗效观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗对小儿脑瘫康复的影响及社区患儿早期干预的管理模式。方法将我科2008年1月。2008年9月收治的121例小儿脑瘫患儿随机分成两组，观察组67例，对照组54例。观察组在综合治疗的基础上选用中医辨证方药、穴位按摩疗法。两组患儿的资料无显著性差异。结果观察组总有效率为97．01％；对照组为81．48％。观察组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．01），同时本研究结果显示年龄越小，干预效果越好。结论采用早期干预和中西医结合治疗小儿脑瘫，可缩短病程，缓解脑损伤程度，促进脑神经细胞修复，早期康复疗效显著，值得推广应用。

Study of clinical effect with 121 cases cerebral-palsy of baby in the treatment of Chinese-western medicine

Objective To explore Chinese-western medicine treatment influence,cerebral-palsy of baby to recover and community sufferer early interference management style. Methods In January 2008 to Septemer 2008,121 cases of cerebral-palsy of baby in our hospital,random divided into 2 groups,contrast 54 examples,observe group 67 examples.Observe group on base selection uses western-medicine distinguish to prove benefit only,acupuncture point chiropraxis.Compare 2 groups medical treatment results. Two groups sufferer data has comparable. Results Contrast forms treating is effective to be 81.48 percent. Observe group to be 97.01 percent,observe group sufferer at nervous system symptom to recover time,course of treatment shorter than that of contrast group （P〈0.01）.The baby is younger,interference consequences is better. Conclusion Adopt early interference and Chinese-western medicine the treatment cerebral-palsy of baby,may shorten course of disease,stimulation brain nerve cell restoration,stimulation sufferer early on recovers,effect quickly,worthiness popularizes application.
