白内障超声乳化手术中后囊破裂的原因及处理

目的探讨白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术中后囊破裂的原因和处理方法。方法对225例施行白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术,术中26眼晶状体后囊破裂,对其发生的原因、预防及处理进行分析和总结。结果发生术中后囊破裂26眼占11.6%。其中发生于水分离时1眼,超声乳化时23眼,注吸皮质时2眼。全部植入人工晶体。术后1月视力大于0.8者3眼,0.5～0.8者19眼,小于0.5者4眼。结论后囊破裂与患者状况、术者的操作技术及经验密切相关,及时发现并妥善处理是提高手术效果的关键。

Causes and management of posterior capsule rupture in phacoemusification for cataracts

Objective To analyze the causes and management of rupture of posterior capsule in the phacoemulsification for cataracts. Methods Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation were performed on 225 patients （225 eyes）. Rupture of posterior capsule occurred in 26 eyes during the operation. Its reason,prevention and treatment were analyzed. Results Posterior capsule rupture occurred in 26 eyes （11.6%） during the operation.h occurred during water separating in 1 eye;phacoemulsification in 23 eyes;I/A cortex in 2 eyes.IOL was embedded in all eyes. The vision acuity was better than 0.8 in 3 eyes,0.5-0.8 in 19 eyes and less than 0.5 in 4 eyes. Conclusion Rupture of posterior capsule is closely ralated to the conditions of patients as well as the experience and skill of operators.To identify early and correct management of that are important for clinical prognosis.
