高血压脑出血脑疝患者不同手术方式疗效分析

目的探讨不同手术方式治疗高血压脑出血合并脑疝患者的临床疗效。方法将57例经手术治疗的高血压脑出血合并脑疝患者分成小骨窗开颅手术组与骨瓣开颅手术组，比较两组患者瞳孔恢复时间、术后意识改善情况、病死率及优良率等。结果两组患者的瞳孔恢复时间、术后意识改善情况、病死率及优良率等无显著差异。结论小骨窗开颅手术具有创伤小、手术时间短等优点，且同样能达到骨瓣开颅手术的效果，是治疗高血压脑出血合并脑疝患者的理想方法。

Efficacy analysis of different surgical treatments in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage combined with cerebral hernia

Objective To explore clinical efficacy in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage combined with cerebral hernia under different surgical treatments. Methods 57 cases treated by sugery were divided into small bone window craniotomy group and craniotomy surgery group,and then compared the patients of the two groups,including the recovery time of pupil,the improvement of consciousness after sugery,mortality,excellent rate and so on. Results There were no apparent differences betwen the two groups on the recovery time of pupil,the improvement of consciousness after sugery,mortality, excellent rate and so on. Conclusion The small bone window craniotomy possesses the virtue of smaller wounds,shorter sugery time,etc,it can also achieve the same effect of craniotomy surgery.As a result,small bone window craniotomy is the ideal treatment for the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage combined with cerebral hernia.
