自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞

目的观察自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症的疗效。方法确诊严重的下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症患者,经骨髓干细胞动员后,第二天进行骨髓干细胞采集,将干细胞混悬液肌肉注射进行双下肢移植,观察5个月,进行各项指标综合评估。结果脐血干细胞移植后,患者疼痛、肢体冷感、间歇性跛行,溃疡均明显好转。移植5个月后,数字减影下肢动脉造影结果显示,血管形成明显增加,未出现并发症和不良反应。结论脐血干细胞移植治疗老年动脉硬化性闭塞症,是一种简单、有效的方法。
