双腔球囊T管的设计和临床应用

目的研究双腔球囊T管在胆道疾病中临床应用效果。方法对2003年3月至2009年8月期间46例胆道手术病人应用自行设计的双腔球囊T管的临床资料进行回顾性分析、总结。结果全组未出现胆道继发感染、出血、胆漏等并发症。1例球囊T管出现堵塞,及时拔除双腔球囊T管的内套管后堵塞解除。2例胆总管下段损伤和1例胰十二指肠损伤病人2个月后拔除双腔球囊T管痊愈;43例肝胆管狭窄病人于6个月后拔除双腔球囊T管,随访0.5～5年,无胆道再次狭窄。结论双腔球囊T管具有胆道引流、转流、冲洗、造影、肠内营养、胆管支撑和扩张等多种用途。其制作简单,应用方便,功能多样,效果良好,值得推广应用。

Design and clinical application of double-channel T-tube with balloon
