| 摘 要： | 目的探讨社区精神分裂症免费药物治疗对患者医疗费用的影响。方法纳入成都市金牛区贫困精神分裂症患者140例,随机分为两组,其中70例免费给药。随访1年,比较随访前后1年内患者及家庭的直接费用与间接费用。结果免费治疗组与对照组随访后在患者缺勤天数、患者间接损失、间接费用差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;免费治疗组自身前后比较直接损失、家属缺勤天数、家属间接损失、PANSS有明显下降（P〈0.01）。结论社区精神分裂症免费服药能有效控制病情,间接减少医疗费用支出,减轻家属负担。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of free drugs treatment on the economic factors of schizophrenics.Methods The 140 subjects from poor family were divided into the free treated group and the control group at random.The patient＇s family economic burden were compared before and after 1 year.Results At the following point,there was significant difference in the absent days,the indirect closing of patients and the indirect cost between two groups（P0.01） and there were decreasing in the scores of the total PANSS.The direct closing,the absent days and the indirect losing of the family for the free treated qroup.Conclusion The free drugs treatment for poor schizophrenics can control the illness condition and reduce their family economic burden. |
