159例急性心肌梗死病例临床特点分析

目的:探讨老年人急性心肌梗死的临床特点。方法:对住院治疗15 9例急性心肌梗死患者按年龄分为青壮年组和老年组,对各组的文化教育程度、对急性心肌梗死的认识、就诊时间、诱因和病因、早期症状、并发症、预后等特点进行回顾性分析。结果:由于文化教育程度影响对疾病认识和就诊时间老年组与青壮年组有差别,以及影响静脉溶栓率和死亡率,两组间差异有显著性(P <0 .0 5 ) ;另外,由于年龄差异影响早期症状不典型和并发症多且严重,差异有显著性(P <0 .0 5 )。结论:老年组急性心肌梗死患者由于文化教育程度的影响,导致就诊延误、早期症状多不典型和年老危险因素多,临床上易漏诊、溶栓率低、并发症多且严重、死亡率高,对临床工作中老年患者要综合考虑和治疗要慎重全面。

Clincal Characteristics of Acute Myocardial in 159 Patients

Objective To explore th e clinical characteristic of acute myocarction infarction in elderly patients. Methods the 159 cases patients with acute myocarction infarction were divided into groups according to 60-year-old; to observe and retrospectively t he educate,knowledge,go hospital,first symptom,effect,complications and prognosi s.Results educate affect acute myocarction infarction in elderly p atient and lower thrombolytic rate,higher fatality rate,many complications and n ot typical symptoms.Conclusions The study shows that many factors affect prognosis of acute myocarction infarction in elderly patient and result i n higher fatality rate, lower thrombolytic rate, higher missed diagnosis,go to h ospital delayed,companied with many other diseases,careful the therapy in elderl y patient.
