摘    要:目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在肾移植术后并发症鉴别诊断中的价值.方法应用彩色多普勒超声对35例肾移植术后并发症的彩色血流超声特征进行分析.结果35例中10例为急性排斥,7例为慢性排斥,3例为肾内动脉、静脉栓塞(其中1例为移植肾自发性破裂),2例为原自体肾肾肿瘤,3例肾盂积水并输尿管梗阻,5例主肾动脉或主肾动脉与髂动脉吻合口处狭窄,4例肾小动脉硬化,1例为肾动静脉瘘.结论超声对肾移植术后各种并发症的观察,对临床治疗及再行手术具有重要的指导意义.

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of Color Doppler Flow Imaging(CDFI) in differential diagnosis of complications after kidney transplantation. Methods 35 patients who had undergone kidney transplantation were studied with CDFI. And the characteristics of ultrasonic color blood flow of the complications were analyzed. Results Among all the patients, 10 were diagnosed as acute rejection 7 were chronic rejection, 3 were embolism of intrinsic artery and vein of the transplanted kidney(auto rupture of transplanted kidney occurred in 1 of these 3 patients), and 2 patients suffered from autos renal tumors, 3 suffered from obstruction of ureter with nephrydrosrs, 5 from stenosis of the main renal arteries or of the anastomotic stoma between main renal arteries and iliac arteries, 4 from arteriosclerosis of the renal arteriole, and 1 from fistula between renal artery and vein. Conclusion CDFI is an useful method to analyze the complications of kidney transplantation, and it is valuable for both treatment and reoperation.
