无氰镀金技术对镍铬合金离子析出的影响

摘    要:目的:定量检测镍铬合金经过无氰镀金后离子析出量的变化,为无氰镀金技术在口腔临床上的应用提供理论依据。方法:应用电感偶合等离子体发射光谱仪-质谱联用仪(ICP—MS)分别检测浸泡过镍铬合金试件及镍铬合金镀金试件的人工唾液中的离子析出量。结果:镀金后镍铬合金试件的镍离子、铬离子析出量明显降低,差异具有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论:无氰镀金法镀金的镍铬合金表面稳定性明显提高,离子析出降低。

Abstract:Objective To mensurate the magnitude of Ni and Cr Released from Ni-Cr alloy coated with and without gold by Non-cyanogen gold treatment,and to analysis the biology stability,in order to improve the application of this technique to clinic practice. Methods specimens of Ni-Cr alloy with and without non-cyanogen gold-plating treatment were exposed into artificial saliva,respectively. The metal ions released from each specimen were measured by inductive coupled plasma emission spectrometer-mass Spectrometer(ICP-MS). Results the amount of Ni and Cr released from specimens coated with gold was much fewer than those from unplated specimens(P<0.05). Conclusion the stability of Ni-Cr alloy on the surface can be improved,after treatment by non-cyanogen gold plating,with the reduce of metal ions released from Ni-Cr alloy.
