| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨4种血清肿瘤标志物在肺癌辅助诊断及治疗中的应用价值．方法 实验检测肺癌患者化疗前后血清中神经元特异性烯醇化酶（NSE）、细胞角蛋白19（CYFRA211）、癌胚抗原（CEA）和碳水化合物CA242的水平．结果 NSE在小细胞肺癌化疗有效组明显下降（P〈0．01）CYFRA21-1在肺鳞癌化疗达PR者中明显下降（P〈0．001）,CEA在肺腺癌化疗达PR者中明显下降（P〈0．05）。CA242在通过化疗获得疗效病例中其浓度明显低于时化疗无反应者（P〈0．01）．结论 监测化疗前后肿瘤标志物NSE，CYFRA211，CEA，CA242有助于化疗疗效判断．

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the significance of the four tumor markers in the diagnosis and the evaluation of effects of chemotherapy among lung cancer cases. Methods The serum level of CEA, NSE, CYFRA21-1, CA242 were determined before and after chemotherapy. Results After the second chemotherapy ,the level of small cell lung cancer NSE in the PR and NC group,the level of adenocarcinoma CEA and that of squamous cell carcinoma CYFRA21-1 in the PR group were statistically reduced. Conclusion Monitoring on the change of tumor marker CEA, NSE. CYFRA21-1 and CA242 before and after chemotherapy will be helpful for evaluation of the effect of chemotherapy on lung cancer. |
