| 摘 要： | 近二年来我们采用自体大网膜移植治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者15例,全部男性,年龄20～58岁。其中游离移植9例;带蒂移植6例。都取得了不同度程的临床症状与体征的改善。15例疼痛、冷感完全消失。13例间歇性跛行消失,2例好转。8例溃疡均在术后1～2月内愈合。术后皮温都有不同程度的升高。我们认为,大网膜移植治疗本病,是一种新的、有效的手术方法,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Fifteen male cases of thromboangiitis obliterans, aged 20-58, were treated by transplanting omental autograft in the 2 years past. Transplantation of isolated graft was performed in 9 cases and pedicled graft in 6 Equally satisfactory results were obtained following either procedure. pain and cold sensation disappeared in all of the cases; intermittent cloudicdica-tion was completely controlled in 13 cases and improved in the other 2 ; the ulcers in 8 of the patients became healed within 1 - 2 months after operation. The authors' experience warranted this procedure being an effective treatment for thromboangiitis obliterans. |
