氢化物原子荧光光度法测定食品中砷的不确定度评定

摘    要:目的探讨氢化物原子荧光光度法测定食品中砷的不确定度评定方式。方法依据JJF1059-1999建立数学模型,合成不确定度。结果当食品中砷含量为0.22mg/kg时,合成不确定度为0.008mg/kg,扩展不确定度为0.02mg/kg。结论本评定过程清晰合理,主要影响因素不遗漏、不重复,适用于原子荧光光度法的不确定度评定。

Abstract:Objective To study the assessment style of uncertainty in measurement of arsenic content in foods by the hydride generator-atomic fluorescence spectrometric method. Method According to JJF 1059-1999, the mathematic model was established and the uncertainty was synthesized. Results When the content of arsenic in foods was 0.22 mg/kg, the combined uncertainty was 0.008 mg/kg, and the expanded uncertainty was 0.02 mg/kg. Conclusions The judging process of this method is clear and rational, without missing and repeating any main influential factors, so that it is applicable to assess the uncertainty in measurement by the method of hydride generator-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.
